The Vollrath 36463 drop-in soup well can be installed into a cutout measuring 10 9⁄16 inches in diameter, and for simple setup, it includes a flat flange and gasket that secures it against the countertop and doesn't require hardwiring. This 11 3⁄16-inch-diameter by 11 11⁄16-inch-high unit is made of double-wall stainless steel for lasting rust and corrosion resistance, while its high-density glass fiberglass insulation maintains generated heat in cool settings.
This Vollrath 36463 drop-in soup warmer's deep-drawn stainless steel well accommodates a 7 1⁄4-quart inset and is designed for wet use. Operators can adjust temperatures with the infinite control as contents change to ensure foods are held at safe serving temperatures. For sleek presentation, the control panel can be installed into a cutout.
