Vollrath 3304 Description
The Vollrath 3304 braising pot is designed to hold liquid and brown meats, softening tough cuts. This 4 1⁄2-quart-capacity pot is made of 18/10 stainless steel that is strong enough to handle long-term use. It's induction ready, and the bottom has an aluminum-clad construction for effective heat conduction. To lift and carry it, it's fitted with two handles and measures 9 1⁄2 inches in diameter by 3 3⁄4 inches high.
