Vollrath 30642 Description
The Vollrath 30642 Super Pan V® steam pan has reverse formed, flattened edges to smoothly fit into steam tables. To resist bending and denting, the corners are reinforced, and they are smooth to facilitate product removal. A sixth-size pan holds 1.8 quarts of product, and the Vollrath 30642 steam pan is made of stainless steel to withstand constant use.
