Patented angled ramp aids greatly in removing the Vollrath Super Pan II sixth size steam pan quickly and with ease. Along with the reinforced corners and sturdy 22 gauge stainless steel construction, this feature provides exceptional durability and a lasting life. The flatter edges of the 4" deep Super Pan II steam pan prevent bending and provide a wider surface area. To help separate and dry pans quickly the corners help to prevent jams. The thermal heat transfer you get with these 1.8 quart pans help to minimize food safety risks while giving you an upscale presentation.
