Vollrath 15003 Description
The Vollrath 15003 Redco® InstaCut® 3.5 wedger features a sharp four-section blade that can quickly and cleanly slices lemons, oranges, or apples into uniform wedges. This one-piece blade assembly resists corrosion through frequent use and can be popped in and out for simplified cleaning and changeouts. Its sled-leg base resists breakage through pressure, while its sturdy, lightweight aluminum base and stainless steel rods are durable enough to provide strength when pressure is applied. When closed, this wedger measures 9 inches wide by 9 inches deep by 17 1⁄8 inches high.
