Pitco PCC-14 Description
Able to keep fried food hot for extended periods, the Pitco PCC14 Crisp N' Hold™ food station is a forced hot air holding system that directs consistent, heated airflow toward foods. In 10 minutes, the station can heat to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, which is good for sporadic fried orders. Filtered, recirculated, and heated air keeps food crisp and free of moisture so it can be served fresh. After frying, products are held and drained in the pan area, where they remain until served. A divider comes with the holding system to create two partitions to separate food as needed.
The Pitco PCC14 Crisp N' Hold food station keeps maintenance low with its easy-lift food grate, removable product divider, and stainless steel construction. When ready to be cleaned, the grate lifts out of the station for quick cleaning, and the collection pan can be pulled out and dumped for daily maintenance. The stainless steel front, sides, backsplash, and food bay fend off corrosion, are easy to wipe down, and prevent common salt and oil buildup.
