The Groen (2)SSB-5EF SmartSteam100™ electric steamer includes a boilerless generator that does not need to be manually filled. Steam is produced by self-contained, steam generating reservoirs and dispersed by side-mounted blowers on each compartment. Steam is produced at a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and lids over the reservoirs catch food particles and maintain water temperatures when product is added or removed.

The Groen (2)SSB-5EF convection steamer has a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, and the right and left sides of the unit are removable to access interior components. Two stainless steel doors are field reversible and equipped with a sturdy, continuous hinge, while stainless steel support racks can be removed for cleaning.
