American Metalcraft T80082 Description
The 8-inch inside diameter of this American Metalcraft T80082 pizza pan is sized for small pizzas, while the 2-inch depth accommodates deep-dish and stuffed crusts, as well as cakes and sticky buns. This pan has a traditional circular design and straight sides to help the crust rise. Made of 22-gauge tin-plated steel, this pan is more economical than aluminum options, though it doesn't conduct heat quite as evenly. For best results, it shouldn't be washed in the dishmachine.
