With its 6-inch inside diameter, this American Metalcraft T80061.5 deep-dish pizza pan can be used to make personal pizzas, bake cakes, or cook cinnamon rolls. The 1 1⁄2-inch depth is best for deep-dish pizzas and stuffed-crust novelty items. Because it's made of 22-gauge tin-plated steel, this pan doesn't conduct heat quite as well as aluminum options, though it's more affordable. Like aluminum, this metal isn't safe in the dishwasher.
