American Metalcraft HC4016 Description
The American Metalcraft HC4016 pizza pan is made of lightweight aluminum, which enables chefs to more easily pull pizzas out of the oven. Resistant to corrosion and discoloration, the pan has been hard coated, and with a diameter of 16 inches and height of 1 inch, the pan is well suited to baking large pizzas with thick crusts.
