American Metalcraft HA5114 Description
Circular with a 14-inch diameter, the American Metalcraft HA5114 deep-dish pizza pan can be used to bake large pizzas. Intended to be used with regional deep-dish pizzas and novelty stuffed-crust or pan pizzas, this unit is 1 1⁄2 inches deep. Because it's made of 14-gauge aluminum, it supports high-volume baking while uniformly distributing heat across the pan's surface. Its straight sides have a self-stacking layout that saves space in storage areas. Aluminum isn't safe to clean in the dishwasher, so the pan should be washed by hand.
