American Metalcraft CAR29 Description
For producing extra-large pizzas, the American Metalcraft CAR29 pizza pan has a 29-inch diameter with unfinished tapered edges that enable staff to trim dough down to size using a rolling pin. It's made of aluminum to distribute heat thoroughly across the entire surface of the crust to produce even results. This metal is not safe in a dishmachine and must be cleaned using mild soap and a non-abrasive sponge.
