American Metalcraft CAR21HC Description
The American Metalcraft CAR21HC pizza pan is made of 14-gauge aluminum and has been treated with an electro-chemical process that turns its surface into a dark aluminum oxide. To create a nonstick surface, it needs to be seasoned before use. The tapered edges are unfinished, helping staff trim dough to the proper size and enabling stacking with other tapered pans. To prevent corrosion, it shouldn't be washed in a dishmachine.
