American Metalcraft CAR13HC Description
The American Metalcraft CAR13HC pizza pan's tapered structure has a 11⁄16-inch depth that enables thick dough to rise properly. It's constructed of 14-gauge aluminum with a hard coat to withstand consecutive oven use and transfer heat effectively to prevent burning and undercooking. After placing a sheet of dough over the pan and flattening it with a rolling pin, chefs can cut excess dough off of the sheet with the sharp unfinished edge. This pan measures 13 inches in top diameter by 12 inches in bottom diameter to create a medium-size pizza.
