Intended to bake and serve up personal pizzas and other small pies, the American Metalcraft ADEP7 pizza pan has a 7-in top diameter. It has a traditional circular shape and solid bottom, with tapered edges for secure stacking in storage areas. It's constructed of 18-gauge aluminum—a standard-weight metal that promotes even heat distribution in the oven. This material should not be washed in the dishmachine, so it's best to wash it by hand with an aluminum-safe detergent.
