Browne PT84101 Description
The Browne Halco PT84101 is a pocket test thermometer to help your restaurant stay on the right side of health codes and HACCP regulations. This thermometer features a 1-inch diameter dial with a temperature range of 0 to 220 degrees. The stem is 5 inches long and has a pointed end to help penetrate food products to get a temperature reading from the center, with accuracy within 1 degree. This thermometer comes with a protective case to protect the stem as well as to protect the user from the pointed end of the stem, and the case has a pocket clip on it to prevent loss.
