Featuring a 3 1⁄2-inch-long scalloped blade, the Dexter Russell S151SC-GWE-PCP Sani-Safe® utility knife is suitable for cutting fruits and vegetables with tough exteriors. The blade is constructed of high-carbon steel that won't stain or corrode with use. To help reduce risk of user injury, its handle is textured to reduce slippage. It also has a white material to assist in color coding to prevent cross contamination.
