The Dexter S124 Sani-Safe® scallop knife has a 2-inch, high-carbon DEXSTEEL™ blade that is specially formulated to resist staining. It is also strong, so it can hold a super-fine edge for a long time. The space between the blade and handle is sealed to eliminate a crevice that can capture food particles and harbor bacteria. The Dexter S124 2-inch Sani-Safe scallop knife has a white, textured handle made from polypropylene for durability and ease of cleaning.
