The Dexter R12B 07050 ceramic sharpener measures 16 1⁄2 inches long with a 12-inch steel and 4 1⁄2-inch handle. It has a polypropylene handle that is easy to clean and slip resistant. There is a protective guard to shield fingers from blades. A swivel ring enables the sharpener to be stored on racks or hooks. The sharpener uses a ceramic end to restore the sharp edges of knives.
