The Beverage-Air SM49N-W milk cooler can hold up to 768 half pints, (12) 13 inch by 13 inch by 11 inch cases, or (8) 19 inch by 13 inch by 11 inch cases. The cooler's steel exterior with white finish is durable, and so is its galvanized steel interior. The one-piece stainless steel floor is built to be sanitary and to maximize the number of cases the equipment can hold. Epoxy-coated wire floor racks help protect the floor from damage. A drain sits in the middle of the floor for easy clean up. An exterior thermometer makes monitoring temperatures easy. Cold air stays in the Beverage-Air SM49N-W milk cooler thanks to the polyurethane insulation, which also provides structural strength. Temperatures range from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and are maintained with R-404A refrigerant.
