Polyurethane insulation keeps cold air in the unit so products stay cold; it is foamed in place to provide structure. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. The interior is galvanized steel, making it easy to clean and corrosion resistant. The Beverage-Air SM34N-S milk cooler has a one-piece reinforced stainless steel floor that can support all the milk crates held in the unit.
