This 12" slicer features one speed and a totally enclosed and permanently lubricated knife motor. The finish of this slicer is stainless steel and anodized aluminum which promotes a sanitary work area. The one speed slicer also easily disassembles quickly without the need for tools for easy cleaning.

You can use the precise slide adjustment to a thickness of 9/16" which is ideal for sandwiches. The built in top mounted, two stone knife sharpener sharpens while you cut, keeping your blade sharp and smooth.
