A convenient, two-stone knife sharpener is built into this unit to keep the knife edge razor sharp for repeated use. The knife motor is fully enclosed and has permanently lubed ball bearings, so it can operate quietly without disturbing customers. Operators can use this medium-duty slicer for moderate slicing of meats and vegetables. This unit is capable of slicing cheese in small quantities only and is not appropriate for all-day use.

The sleek stainless steel and anodized aluminum casing of this unit features rounded corners to enable deep cleaning, and its tool-free disassembly design streamlines kitchen sanitization procedures.
