Delis and sandwich shops simply can't go without a slicer. This slicer features one speed and a totally enclosed and permanently lubricated knife motor. The finish of this 9" slicer is stainless steel and anodized aluminum which promotes a sanitary work area. The slicer also easily disassembles quickly without the need for tools for easy cleaning. The carriage handles food up to 7- 1/8 inches wide, by 6 inches high or 6 inches in diameter.

You can use the precise slide adjustment to a thickness of 9/16 inches which is ideal for sandwiches. The built in top mounted, two stone knife sharpener sharpens while you cut, keeping your blade sharp and smooth. The permanent tapered knife ring guard covers the non slicing portion of the knife even when the sharpener and center play are removed. The ring guard design provides more room behind the knife for hassle free cleaning. This meat slicer also features a positive, moisture protected, on/off rocker switch and power indicator light for hassle free operation.
