The San Jamar BD4023S Dome® garnish center holds product in two 3-pint trays or three 1-pint trays. With the dome-shaped lid, there is extra space for toppings, and the trays are removable to chill and restock garnishes and for cleaning. Two caddies hold straw and stirrers, and snap on to simplify installation. Made of high-impact plastic, the unit is durable for heavy-duty applications. A garnish center snaps onto other units to create a larger, organized station.
