San Jamar BD2002 Description
The San Jamar BD2002 Mini Dome® garnish center is made of heavy-duty plastic that resists damage from impacts. With its dome-shaped lid, the unit accommodates overflowing product and rotates back for quick access to product. The 1-quart tray is removable, making it easy to restock and chill garnishes; this design also simplifies cleanup. Ice or EZ-Chill™ ice packs can be added to the garnish center to keep product chilled.
