San Jamar B6186L Description
The San Jamar B6186L EZ-Chill™ garnish center is made of stainless steel, which is resistant to rusting, scratching, and denting. Cold temperatures are maintained by three EZ-Chill ice packs, and six ice liners are included so ice can be used to cool product. A hinged, transparent lid protects product from contamination. With an 18-inch width and 5 3⁄8-inch depth, the center holds lemons, limes, cherries, olives, and other garnishes in six 1-pint inserts.
