The San Jamar B6183INL EZ-Chill™ garnish center is made of stainless steel and resists corrosion. Holding product in three 1-quart inserts, this unit maintains low temperatures with three ice packs and includes an ice liner so that loose ice can also be used. Preventing product contamination, this unit’s transparent lids cover product while leaving a notch for spoons.
