The Accutemp S62083D080 countertop steamer has a manual timer that can be adjusted as high as 90 minutes. It has four modes of operation: low temperature, steam, hold, and fast cook. Indicator lights show when the unit is holding, heating, or cooking. Requiring no plumbing for operation, it has a 3-gallon reservoir that provides water, and the heating element is shielded from water to prevent corrosion. It has a power switch that turns it on and off for facilitated use.

Designed as a countertop unit, the Accutemp S62083D080 convection steamer takes up minimal space in a crowded kitchen and accommodates six full-size pans of food. When the water gets low, a light and buzzer will indicate to employees that the steamer needs servicing. Made of stainless steel, this unit is resilient and resistant to rust and corrosion.
