Antunes DFWF-250 Description
The Antunes DFWF-250 countertop portion steamer can steam food pans, cooking or reheating prepared food with steam heat. Maintaining product texture, color, nutrients, and flavors, it is designed to penetrate food from every side. Its timer can be set for 99 minutes at maximum to give kitchen staff a range of cooking options. While the steam pulse can be adjusted, a high-limit button acts as a reset if necessary.
This Antunes DFWF-250 countertop steamer is made of stainless steel, which means it will resist rusting and corrosion as well as the scraping of food pans. Instead of a self-contained water reservoir, the unit has a direct water hookup to eliminate the need for manual refills. An installation hose kit is included.
