Quality Product
This is a very useful, durable, stainless steel scraper/cutter. It works great for cutting smooth edges on bars, puff pastry, scones, etc. It's also useful for cake decorating and getting a nice smooth finish, however, the corners are not true right angles, but have been ground to be slightly rounded. This is useful for scraping pans and counters so the corners don't scrape, but not perfect for getting a sharp angle on icing. Overall, this is a quality product that I have no doubt will last years.
