The Univex 6612S Value™ automatic slicer is an intermediate-volume unit. Its 12-inch-diameter blade slices products into portions ranging from 0 to 1⁄2-inch thick. While the carriage is gear driven, the blade is belt driven. This removable carriage is highly reliable and requires little maintenance. The unit has an anodized aluminum construction that resists corrosion and cleans up quickly.
