Star-Max® outdoor char-broilers are designed for high performance, durability and reliability. Ideal for golf courses, country clubs, rental facilities, caterers, social clubs or any foodservice operation requiring outdoor grilling. Star-Max® outdoor char-broilers are extremely flexible for cooking a variety of menu items, from grilled steak to steamed vegetables. Star's outdoor char-broilers will elevate your outdoor cooking offerings.
Star OCB30 Features:
- Stainless steel radiants transfer maximum heat to the cooking surface, reduces flare-ups and provides even heat distribution.
- High performance 17,500 BTU steel burners every 6-3/4" provide more heat to cook faster and sear in flavor plus offer more sectional control for a wide range of temperatures across the grilling surface to give you superior cooking performance over traditional outdoor grilling equipment.
- Deep 7" stainless steel bull nose provides a cool work zone while protecting the knobs plus the extra large surface is designed as a plate shelf for preparation space for the cook.
- Chrome plated heavy-duty steel grates stand up to the abuses of constant use and outdoor weather conditions and create attractive sear marks on your grilled menu items.
- Extra deep 24" cooking surface provides a spacious grilling area for high volume cooking during your operation’s busiest times.
- High capacity coated steel water pan for easy clean-up.
- Sturdy stainless steel legs provide stable support and heavy-duty casters allow the grill to be rolled easily over a variety of surfaces.
- Gas convertible in the field with the natural gas conversion kit. units are shipped LP gas.
