Star 8136RCBB Description
The Star 8136RCBB Ultra-Max® charbroiler is controlled every 6 inches with individual cast iron burners and durable metal knobs. Because radiants are used to direct heat from the cast iron burners to the broiling surface, it is convenient to clean and maintain; however, the metal radiants do not impart flavors on food like lava rocks. Designed for high-volume operations, the grates accommodate a large amount of product, and they can be adjusted to lay flat or incline, providing different levels of heat to the food.
To reduce the risk of burns, the front has a bull-nose design, which also extends past the knobs to protect them from damage. Splatter and debris are contained to the broiling area with tapered splash guards. This Star 8136RCBB charbroiler is elevated off the countertop with 4-inch legs, which operators can adjust to maintain stability on uneven surfaces.
