Heavy-duty cast iron grates can be individually positioned, flat or slanted to accommodate a wide variety of broiling needs. The grates are even reversible with a thin side for searing steaks and thick side for more delicate menu items such as fish. This radiant charbroiler also features a large capacity stainless steel water tang for hassle free clean up.
