The 530TD countertop commercial fryer offers removable 15 lb. nickel plated steel kettles, which are standard for easy staining of oils. The independent temperature control for each kettle provides optimum cooking performance. These units heat evenly with immersion-type tubular heating elements that swing up to make cleaning quick and easy.

This unit features a snap-action thermostat that ranges from 200-375 degrees Fahrenheit and provides quick response to even the slightest temperature change. This thermostat, combined with an on/off switch and four electric indicator lights, ensures safety and easy operation.
