This Star-Max 530FD countertop electric fryer brings all the cooking capability and versatility of a full size fryer in a more convenient size. This compact 30 lb fryer requires only 2 feet or 24” of counter space and operates on 208 or 240 volts. With it’s snap-action thermostat ranging from 200 to 375 degrees and the immersion tubular heating elements that provide even heat distribution; this fryer easily accommodates any of today’s favorite menu items. From chicken and fish to fries and onion rings, the 530FD allows you to provide all your patrons with their favorite great tasting fried foods without a lot of hassle. Ideal for the cooklines of any medium to high volume foodservice operations.

Constructed of durable, dent and stain resistant stainless steel with a polycarbonate trim, the 530FD is easy to clean and maintain.
