I would certainly buy these again.

I have several of these now. They're great for peeling fresh fruit, but work especially well for peeling blanched peaches for canning. By pinching the soft skin between your thumb and the flat side of the blade, you can carefully pull the skin from the peach without cutting it. Done right, you can pull all or most of the skin from a half peach in one motion. I also used them for cutting the stones from cherries, before I bought a cherry stoner. It worked well, cutting the cherry in half and popping out the stone. Not as fast as a stoner, but certainly less expensive.

Worth buying for small cutting work.

Good quality. Ideal knife for small intricate work. Handle a little small for my large hands, however, very usable.

Yes its a great knife

I use the curved knife for just about everything: envelopes, removing labels, opening cereal boxes, etc.
