What I was looking for
I am a meat cutter for The Fresh Market chain. I do a lot of business with people wanting whole chickens cut up for curry. This cleaver is heavy enough for that purpose, but not too heavy as to get a novice user in trouble. Very handy for cleaving small bones while at the cutting table, don't have to run back to the saw. (saves time)
