With the Blodgett BC-20 banquet cart, users can transport plates of food to and from a banquet site. This cart accommodates as many as 96 plates, so it’s great for catering operations that often serve large groups. The plate racks are spaced 3 inches apart.
The Blodgett BC-20 banquet cart is constructed of 304 stainless steel, so it can withstand heavy use without rusting or warping. Heat-retention panels help prevent temperature drops, and a drip pan catches spills. This unit is mounted on heavy-duty casters, two of which have locks to keep it in place when necessary.
