A fan distributes the element’s heat evenly throughout the chamber and shuts off when the door is open. Staff members can set the timer from 0 to 120 minutes to keep up with the cook cycle. When time expires, the heating element and fan automatically turn off. If the user needs a continuous stream of heat for more than 120 minutes, the unit offers a manual mode without a timer. The Star CCOH-4 Toastmaster half-size oven door has a clear window and a heavy-duty hinge that can withstand repeated use.
