Bakemax BMPS001 Description
This BakeMax BMPS001 double-pass dough sheeter moves dough through two sets of rollers to expedite dough flattening or stretching. Great for pizza, pie crust, pasta, and tortilla dough, its four nonstick rollers can sheet dough as wide as 20 inches, and operators can use the handle controls to adjust dough thickness from 1⁄25 to 4⁄5 inches. Because dough is inserted and retrieved at the front, it simplifies operation and saves kitchen space. Its 1-horsepower motor features a heat-treated steel alloy gear mechanism for durability and overload protection for safe operation.
In an hour, the BakeMax BMPS001 dough sheeter can sheet 600 dough pieces. Its automatic out-feed belt streamlines dough removal, while its power out-feed belt expedites removal of small pieces. Its back cover opens for access to the rollers for cleaning. Its spring-loaded scrapers can be extracted for changing as needed. Designed for countertop use, this machine measures 27 3⁄5 inches wide by 32 7⁄10 inches deep by 32 7⁄10 inches high.
