Use this single burner hot plate with infinite controls from APW Wyott for demonstration cooking, personalizing meals, or for catering events. Constructed of 20 gauge stainless steel, this single burner hot plate will never lose its shine, remain easy to clean, and resist dents, scratches and stains. Cooling vents are on all sides of this hot plate and provide the user with safe ventilation and the removable splash plate located beneath the element keeps your hot plate clean.

The element is 7-1/2" in diameter and features a flat cooking surface for even heating. The element also sits on a heavy-duty structure which enables the support of stockpots! This means you can cook a variety of foods no matter the weight. This single burner hot plate is also portable for convenience and the infinite control allow you to cook at the temperature and speed that's right for your foods.
