Supporting left-to-right dishroom flow, the Advance Tabco DTS-S30-120L Straight-Soil dish table includes a prerinse sink with a 20-inch-wide by 20-inch-deep by 8-inch-high bowl for holding sheet pans, trays, or stacked dishware during rinse stages. The slide bar supports nozzle control, and a built-in prerinse basket captures debris before it reaches the plumbing. Water drains through a 1 1⁄2-inch IPS waste drain basket, while faucet holes on 8-inch centers accommodate compatible fixture installations.
To protect surrounding walls from splashing, the Advance Tabco DTS-S30-120L dish table includes a 10 1⁄2-inch-high backsplash. It measures 119 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 44 1⁄2 inches high. The 14-gauge stainless steel top resists corrosion, dents, and impact, while the 16-gauge stainless steel legs and cross rails reinforce the frame.
