Model 033-07120 Description
The Express Center is
constructed of a brushed (#4) finish stainless steel base. Front section is furnished with two Server
Express Systems - a surgical-quality plastic, pump in a black, thermoset
polyester vessel. Pump vessel lids are brushed stainless steel. Back section
includes two Serve-A-Cup soufflé cup dispensers constructed of a polypropylene cup
tube.
Capacity for each Express System is
1-1/2-gallons. Maximum stroke yields 1-ounce. Easy-to-adjust portion control
reduces yield in 1/4-ounce increments. Exclusively uses a Cryovac pouch with
fitment.
The Serve-A-Cup includes cup guides and strippers
to dispense 3/4 and 1-ounce paper or plastic soufflé cups one-at-a-time.
Capacity is approximately 100 paper cups each for a total of 200 paper cups. This model can be adapted to hold six soufflé cup sizes: 3/4, 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2, 2 and 2-1/2-ounces.
