Saniserv 401-YOGURT Description
The SaniServ 401 ice cream freezer is great for medium volume applications where you serve ice cream a la mode or with other desserts. This unit can produce five 4-ounce servings per minute from the 20-quart capacity reservoir. With its compact design, the machine easily sits on countertops and can be in customer facing areas since operation is quieter thanks to the scroll compressor. This machine is built with fewer parts, so disassembling it for sanitizing is simpler.
AccuFreeze™ technology is used to help control the quality of product by using viscosity instead of temperature. A self-diagnostic feature alerts you of important service information for the SaniServ 401 ice cream freezer. A 3-minute lockout timer helps prevent damage, and a solid state audible and visual mix out system is included. R-404A refrigerant keeps temperatures cool in the unit, while the refrigeration system can be cooled using air or water.
