Depending on pan depth, the Carter-Hoffmann E8610V meal delivery cart can hold 10 to 20 pans with its universal slides, which are adjustable on 1 1⁄2-inch centers and accommodate different types of pans and glass racks. It is constructed of sturdy aluminum with hemmed-in seams to remove unsafe edges. Its heliarc-welded uprights, supports, and base frame add strength to the structure, while its door opens to 270 degrees and has a stainless steel latch and hinges. The Carter-Hoffmann E8610V meal delivery cart has 5-inch-diameter swivel casters to facilitate transport.
