The Wells WV-FGRW VCS2000 ventless cooktop combines frying, griddling, and warming capabilities in a self-contained unit. This floor model fryer holds up to 15 pounds of oil, while the built-in griddle features thermostatic controls for precise temperature adjustments. The ventless system includes a four-stage filtration system and an integrated fire protection system for enhanced safety. Airflow sensors help maintain proper ventilation, and an interior incandescent light with a protected glass globe improves visibility during cooking.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Wells WV-FGRW VCS2000 ventless cooktop is designed for durability and streamlined cleaning. The unit fits through a 36-inch-wide doorway and is supported by adjustable front legs and rear-mounted rigid casters for smooth mobility. The RW-26 base includes two warming drawers for added storage, and the cabinet base features dual-hinged stainless steel doors with heavy-duty hinges.
