Wells HW-106D Description
The Wells HW-106D Cook 'N Hold warmer is a built-in electric unit designed to accommodate one 11-quart round insert for holding heated food products. Its thermostatic controls regulate temperature during operation, while submerged tubular heating elements transfer heat efficiently through wet operation. A temperature-ready indicator light provides visual confirmation when the unit reaches the set temperature.
Featuring a one-piece stainless steel top flange and a deep-drawn stainless steel well, the Wells HW-106D warmer supports repeated use in commercial environments. Fully insulated sides and bottom help retain heat for consistent holding, while an integrated drain simplifies water removal after use. The Wellslok system secures the unit during installation, and recessed controls are positioned in a front-mounted panel for access during operation.
