Wells B-406 Description
With a stainless steel top and heavy-duty cast iron grate, the Wells B-406 built-in radiant charbroiler can withstand consistent use because of its rust and corrosion resistance. This unit can reach 600 degrees Fahrenheit in a 10-minute period and is equipped with one-piece, drawn, recessed controls that are built on a stainless steel panel. The cooking surface is split into two zones to permit versatile cooking, and to streamline the cooking process, this unit has a self-cleaning element between the broiler grate ribs. To maintain cleanliness during heavy-use and ease the cleaning process, this unit has a lift-out, drawn drip pan with a handle for safe and efficient use.
