Giving bakers a place to prepare product, the John Boos DSS09 bakers table can be used as a bread or dough prep station at bakeries. It’s built with a maple top finished with oil to fortify the top and extend its service life. Resisting dents, scratches, and corrosion, the base is stainless steel, while adjustable feet enable operators to balance the table on sloped surfaces.
