American Range AF45 LP Description

Prepare a wide variety of fried food items with American Range's floor model 35-50 lb gas fryer. With American Range's safety shut off system, gas shuts off when temperature reaches the hi-limit. Through simplicity of design, the American Range gas fryer utilizes 35-50 lbs of oil per chamber allowing you to crank out pounds of delicious fried food with optimum cooking efficiency. The American Range Fryer comes standard with stainless steel front, door and back-splash cover making up an overall flawless design. The frying area will accommodate small to large menu items for your convenience. Keeping maintenance to a minimum, American Range deep fryers contain a light weight, removable filter pickup assembly, with built in handle, for fast media cleaning under busy conditions. You'll see this is an exceptional example of engineering done right!

Heavy duty restaurant fryer for high production cooking with 35-50 lb capacity. Fryer vessel tank: All stainless Steel high quality construction, 16 gauge. Exterior: All Stainless Steel front, sides, door and basket hanger/flue riser. S/S Door: Durable double layer access door Basket Hanger: Removable basket hanger accommodates two fryer baskets 6'' high chrome plated adjustable legs standard tube fire heating design; oil rapidly heats to the set temperature due to the extra heat transfer area around the tubes. Superior to open pot design on other fryers; built forward sloping fry vessel, tig welded AGA/CGA design certified and NSF listed. 120,000 BTU.
