American Range AERB-24 Description
To prevent foods from getting stuck to the surface, the American Range AERB-24 countertop charbroiler has cast iron grates. So they can provide even heat distribution, the radiants are angled. Many different foods can be cooked on this charbroiler, though it's better to cook steaks on the lower part of the slanted grate and vegetables near the top. The grates are useful for controlling flare up while providing the charred flavor that customers associate with charbroilers.
Durable for frequent use, the American Range AERB-24 commercial charbroiler has a stainless steel front and sides. Because it can be wiped down after use, this material streamlines cleaning. Stretching the full width of the grates, this unit includes a grease pan that catches food particles and debris, keeping the countertop clean.
